FluentPet Connect Selected as CES 2023 Innovation Awards Honoree

We are excited to announce that FluentPet Connect has been selected as a CES® 2023 Innovation Awards Honoree within the Smart Home category. With a record-breaking number of submissions this year, CES Innovation Awards selected FluentPet Connect for its “exceptional use of mobile app connectivity, clarity of sound and Wi-Fi-enabled button usage,”  furthering our mission to build people’s relationships with their dogs and cats.

FluentPet Connect’s technological advances are driven by our community’s feedback using the original HexTile system with their dogs and cats. It’s exciting to be recognized heading into the biggest consumer product show in the world. We look forward to getting FluentPet Connect into people’s hands (and paws), and connecting them like never before, like receiving digital ‘texts’ from their dogs and cats on our new connected mobile app in addition to tracking their learning progress.

The Smart Talking Button System

The new product line arrives three years after the debut of our original FluentPet HexTile system, which has generated a dedicated community of hundreds of thousands of dog and cat enthusiasts across the globe. FluentPet Connect allows users to automatically track, quantify, and share their progress on a WiFi-connected smart system. Using the mobile app, users can track which word buttons their learners are pressing and monitor their vocabulary development. The upgraded Bluetooth-enabled buttons enable animals to send “texts” when their humans are away, which means people will never miss a message or major milestone again.

Unlike other sound button systems, which use buttons equipped with both a microphone and a small speaker, each FluentPet Connect Base utilizes a single large, high-quality speaker that delivers clearer and louder audio than any other sound button on the market. Users use their smartphones to record each button's word or sound, which plays back on the high-fidelity speaker. The Base utilizes a lithium battery that lasts over three weeks under routine use and can operate while being powered via a USB-C charging port.
